Meet Our Very First Scholars - Yong Hui, Xian Yin & Irving

More than 70 young promising talents applied for the very first Singapore National Co-operative Federation (SNCF) Co-operative Scholarship. Among them, three applicants stood out.

Mr Lim Wei Lun, Irving
Irving is currently reading the second year of his Communications and New Media studies at the National University of Singapore. Having graduated in 2004 from Anderson Junior College with mediocre grades, he persevered and worked hard to obtain impressive grades in his first year of undergraduate studies. It is this drive and determination to do well that attracted the Scholarship Selection Committee.

Mr Chen Yong Hui
Yong Hui is currently serving his National Service with the Singapore Armed Forces. He graduated from Saint Andrew’s Junior College in 2007 and will be pursuing a degree in Accountancy at the Nanyang Technological University after completing his National Service.

Ms Leow Xian Yin
Xian Yin graduated from Anglo-Chinese Junior College in 2007 and is currently pursuing a degree in Mass Communications at the Nanyang Technological University.
