The annual inter co-operatives bowling tournament
was organised on 25 Nov 2007 at Orchid Country Club Bowling Centre.
36 teams consisting of 144 bowlers from 23 affiliates participated
in this tournament. The Guest-of-Honour was Mr Seah Kian Peng, Chairman,
SNCF Executive Council and MP for Marine Parade GRC. The Telecoms
Credit Co-operative brought home the best individual and team awards
this year.
SNCF also introduced the Best Senior Bowlers category
this year so as to promote a healthy and active lifestyle among the
Senior Co-operators. 24 Senior bowlers were among the 144 bowlers
who participated in this year Bowling Tournament. Mr Abdul Latif
Wahab of Singapore Bank Co-operative emerged as the best Senior Bowler.
