INSEAD EMBA Leaders Keen On Co-operative Model

The profiles of the Singapore Co-operative Movement and SNCF were raised to another new level when the world renowned business school, INSEAD, invited SNCF to share their unique experience with the Executive MBA (EMBA) students from the INSEAD’s Fontainebleau-Singapore campus. Chaired by the Dean of MBA Program, Professor Jake Cohen, the INSEAD EMBA Leaders Forum at its campus auditorium was also attended by EMBA alumni, MBA students, co-operators and invited guests.

Speaking to the international audience on 18 March 2010, SNCF Executive Council (EXCO), Chairman, Mr Chan Tee Seng and Chairman of NTUC FairPrice Co-operative, Mr Ng Ser Miang, imparted the Co-operative stories. Among the panellists during the Q&A session was Mr Seah Kian Peng, member of SNCF Board of Trustees, member of the International Co-operative Alliance (ICA) Global Board and Managing Director (Group Business) of NTUC FairPrice, who addressed questions fielded by EMBA students.
